The Financial Competency Assessment Program of enterprises listed on Vietnam Stock Exchange was conducted through analyzing and evaluating the financial statements and financial indicators with over 21 criteria related to all aspects of business activities, ensuring accurate and objective results. The Enterprises listed in the Top 100 are those with good business results, adequate management capacity and sustainable development.

PECC2 was listed in the Top 32 enterprises of 32 economic sectors showing the best financial management capacity on the Vietnam Stock Exchange in 2018, and PECC2 ranked the 1^st position in the Consulting sector, together with other Vietnam leading brandnames as Vingroup, Vinamilk, Hoa Phat, Coteccons, etc.

Known as a leading brandname in power consultancy in Vietnam, in 2018 PECC2 has further gained impressive achievements such as: Completion of Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant, Commercial Operation of Vinh Tan 1 Thermal Power Plant 6 months ahead of the schedule committed in the BOT Contract, ...; being ranked 408^th among the 1,000 biggest tax payers in Viet Nam and listed in Forbes Asia’s Best 200 Under A Billion 2018.
