Dear Mr.Truong Khac Len and Mr. Nguyen Tai Anh,

 

I am so sad at and disappointed with the information that all of sudden, Mr. Thinh, CEO of PECC2, has passed away due to cerebral hemrrhage today. I and my compny would like to present our condolences to his family and your company, and to pray for the repose of his soul from the bottom of our hearts.
