The 5Th Congress of Pecc2’s Employee Representatives

In the morning of March 25th, 2013, the 5Th Congress of Pecc2’s Employee Representatives was held at the meeting hall of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 to summarize the 2012 business and production results and plan for the year 2013, to inform the implementation of policies and regimes related to the employee’s rights and benefits, to announce publicly the company funds and especially to discuss the revised contents of Collective Labor Agreement and Working Principles as well as respond to the employees’ questions.

Mr. Pham Van Thao- Chief Operating Officer made a brief report on business operations in 2012. In spite of economic difficulty of the nation, Pecc2’s business operation has been still well maintained and exceeded the plan and debt collection has also been improved. The Congress continued with the presentation of representatives from Human Resources and Financial & Accounting Departments.  Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cong on behalf of the Trade Union stated the results of employee’s Congress at department and center levels, enterprises all the employee’s opinions related to employee’s rights and responsibilities were collected and explained clearly.

Amendments of Collective Labor Agreement and Working Principles according to 2012 Labor Code as well as employees’ recommendations got the most priority of the Congress. Mr. Nguyen Tai Anh – Chief Executive Officer explained and informed the concerned matters. He also stressed that the company always had the policy of giving the best to the employees without violating the Laws. The spirit of creating a democratic, creative, united and friendly work environment was stated in the Collective Labor Agreement and Working Principles.

After the exchange and discussion, all the participants agreed with the resolution. Through the Fifth Congress, Pecc2’s employees were encouraged to promote the democracy and contribute to harmonious labor relations for sustainable development and stability of the company.
